- Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: Items must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all original tags, manuals, and protective packaging intact. For sanitary and safety reasons, any equipment that shows signs of use or wear is non-returnable.
- Refunds/Exchanges:
- Exchanges: If an item is the wrong size or doesn’t meet your training needs, we are happy to assist with an exchange, subject to stock availability.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus shipping costs, after our team inspects the item.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
